Capabilities
From a protocol document to a production run, with one team owning the handoff.
Most remote programs fail at the seams: ID hands off to electronics, electronics hands off to tooling, and nobody owns the test plan. We keep those stages in one sequence with a named owner and a document at every gate.
How we work
Six stages. A decision and a document at each one.
The sequence is fixed; the duration is not. Each stage ends with something you can review — a spec, a prototype, a test report — before the next stage spends money.
Brief & feasibility
Control target, protocol, markets and volume. Gaps listed before quoting.
Design
Industrial design, mechanical structure, PCB and firmware architecture.
Prototype
Functional samples for key feel, RF range and firmware review.
Validation
Pre-scan, reliability tests and a signed test report.
Tooling
Molds, fixtures and production test equipment released.
Production
Pilot build, then mass production with lot traceability.
Ranges are typical for a program with a defined protocol and available samples. They are estimates, not commitments — the schedule is fixed in writing after the brief review.:
Disciplines
What sits inside the sequence.
ID, mechanics, PCB, firmware
One team owns the interaction between the key you press and the signal that leaves the board.
IR, BLE, RF and 2.4 GHz
Code libraries, custom services, receiver matching and a test plan for every link.
What can change, and what cannot
A clear boundary between configured options, custom work and physics that no supplier can promise away.
SMT, assembly and test
Production fixtures, functional test and lot-level traceability from the pilot build onward.
Six stages, stated durations
What enters and leaves each stage, and what can slow the program down.
IP, key life and cleaning
Test methods and result reporting, with design targets kept separate from verified results.
Evidence
Every claim has a document behind it.
A spec sheet is a promise. A test report is evidence. We try to keep the two visibly separate, because buyers are asked to sign off on both.
For each program we can provide the approved specification, the key-map drawing, the protocol test plan, the reliability test report and the production test record. Certification copies are provided when they exist for the exact model.
- Approved product specification with revision history
- Key-map and legend drawing
- Protocol test plan and result summary
- Reliability test report for the tested sample
- Certification copies for the exact model and market
- Production test record for the shipped lot
What we do not do
The limits are part of the offer.
We are a custom OEM/ODM supplier, not a catalogue. Saying no early is cheaper than discovering a mismatch during validation.
- Claims of compatibility with a brand we have not tested
- Certification logos without a certificate for the exact model
- IP ratings without a test report
- Battery-life figures without a measured duty cycle
- Retail packaging design as a standalone service
- App development beyond the BLE interface definition

Some clients arrive with a finished ID. Others have a receiver and a launch date. Both are workable starting points.
